On June 11th, 2024, Diering lab member Sean Gay successfully defended his dissertation, titled “Elucidating the interplay between sleep, synapses, and brain development.” The lab is extremely proud of Sean’s accomplishment, and the progress he has made in the fields of sleep and neurodevelopment research. This fall, Dr. Gay will begin is post-doctoral training at Duke University in the lab of Dr. Scott Soderling.
